These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and slge77 ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of all services, games, features, and content available through slge77.net and any associated subdomains, applications, or digital interfaces operated by slge77.

By completing the registration process, logging in to an existing account, or otherwise accessing any part of the slge77 platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms;
• You consent to the processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy;
• You agree to comply with all applicable Philippine laws and regulations pertaining to online gaming.

These Terms apply to all slge77 products including but not limited to: live casino games, slot games, online bingo, sports betting, and any other gambling or wagering products offered through the platform, now or in the future.

Access to and use of the slge77 platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the platform. • Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into contracts under applicable law. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are prohibited from using the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any active voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order applicable to gambling platforms, including any exclusion enforced through PAGCOR or other competent regulatory bodies.
• Single Account: You are permitted to hold only one (1) active account with slge77 at any time. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.

To access the full range of slge77's services, users must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.

3.1 Account Information. You must provide your legal name, valid email address, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information required by slge77 for identity verification (KYC) purposes. Submission of false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 KYC Verification. slge77 is required by law and PAGCOR regulation to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests above applicable thresholds. You agree to provide valid government-issued identification (e.g., Philippine National ID, Passport, Driver's License) and proof of residential address upon request. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account suspension.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. slge77 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You agree to notify slge77 immediately via the support channel if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, until you notify slge77 of unauthorized access. Accounts showing no activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant and may be subject to applicable dormancy procedures including monthly maintenance fees as notified.

slge77 supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Philippine market, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are for the account of the user.

4.1 Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. slge77 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your slge77 account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) banking business days. slge77 reserves the right to process withdrawal requests in the order received.

4.3 KYC Requirement for Withdrawals. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. For withdrawals exceeding ₱100,000 per transaction or ₱500,000 within any thirty (30) day period, enhanced due diligence documentation may be required pursuant to the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (RA 9160) as amended.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering. slge77 complies fully with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 and all subsequent amendments and implementing rules. slge77 is required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as mandated. Deposits must represent lawfully obtained funds. Any use of the platform to launder funds is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and mandatory reporting to regulatory authorities.

All games and betting products offered through slge77 are subject to individual game rules, which are incorporated herein by reference and take precedence over these Terms in the event of any conflict specific to game outcomes. The following general rules apply across all products:

5.1 Wager Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game or betting market. slge77 reserves the right to modify betting limits at any time without prior notice. VIP and High Roller table limits are governed by specific terms applicable to those products.

5.2 Game Outcomes. All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) for RNG-based products, and by real-time live dealer activity for live casino products. All RNGs used by slge77 are independently audited and certified. Game outcomes are final and binding upon completion of each round. In the event of a technical error during a game round that prevents a valid result from being determined, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.

5.3 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets are subject to applicable sports rules and slge77's sports betting terms. Bets placed after the relevant event has commenced may be voided at slge77's discretion. slge77 reserves the right to restrict access to certain betting markets, suspend live betting on specific events, or void bets where there is evidence of match manipulation or irregular betting patterns.

5.4 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void by slge77 in circumstances including but not limited to: incorrect odds being displayed due to technical error; events being postponed or cancelled; and detection of fraudulent wagering activity. Voided bets will be refunded to the player's account balance.

slge77 offers various promotional incentives including deposit match bonuses, free spin credits, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms published alongside each offer:

6.1 Eligibility. Bonus offers are available to eligible registered players only. slge77 reserves the right to limit bonus availability to specific player segments, geographic locations, or account types at its sole discretion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements which must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games for wagering will be specified in the terms of each individual promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.

6.3 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus. Unless otherwise specified, maximum withdrawal amounts applicable to bonus-derived winnings may apply. These limits will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms.

6.4 Abuse and Misuse. slge77 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploitation of technical errors; low-risk wagering strategies designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine play intent; collusion; and use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times.

6.5 Modification. slge77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the platform or registered contact details where reasonably practicable.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the slge77 platform. Violation of any prohibition below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to applicable regulatory and law enforcement authorities:

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's account;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or with slge77 employees;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors — any such exploitation must be reported to slge77 immediately;
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through unauthorized means;
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful purpose;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of slge77's software;
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening slge77 staff or other players;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

All content on the slge77 platform, including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, audio, and video materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of slge77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the slge77 platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any platform content without the prior written consent of slge77.

slge77's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the slge77 platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

slge77 complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. Your personal data is processed only for the purposes necessary to provide the services described herein, to comply with applicable legal obligations including anti-money laundering requirements, and to enhance the user experience on the platform. You may exercise your data rights — including the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data — by contacting our Data Privacy Officer at the contact details provided in Section 14.

10.1 Platform Availability. slge77 makes no warranty that the platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may cause temporary service unavailability. slge77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from platform unavailability.

10.2 Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, slge77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. slge77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of gaming opportunity, howsoever arising.

10.4 Gambling Risks. You acknowledge and accept that gambling involves risk and that you may lose all funds deposited. slge77 does not guarantee any outcome, winnings, or return on any wager. Participation is at your own risk. slge77 strongly encourages responsible gambling and the use of available account controls to manage your play.

11.1 Termination by You. You may close your account at any time by contacting slge77 support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be refunded to your verified payment method, provided all pending wagering requirements and KYC obligations have been satisfied.

11.2 Termination by slge77. slge77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; fraudulent or prohibited activity; failure to complete KYC; detection of multi-accounting; or compliance with a regulatory directive or court order. In the event of termination for cause, slge77 may withhold funds pending investigation.

11.3 Regulatory Closure. slge77 may be required to terminate all or certain accounts in the event of a material change to its regulatory status or applicable law. In such circumstances, slge77 will provide notice and return verified account balances to the extent required by law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved as follows:

12.1 Initial Resolution. You agree to first contact slge77's support team to attempt resolution informally. slge77 will respond to formal written complaints within ten (10) business days.

12.2 PAGCOR Dispute Resolution. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes relating to game outcomes, platform fairness, or regulatory compliance may be referred to PAGCOR through its established player complaint mechanisms as the competent regulatory authority overseeing slge77's operations.

12.3 Jurisdiction. Subject to the foregoing dispute resolution process, the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising from these Terms.

slge77 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, slge77 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email to the registered address or through a prominent notice on the platform prior to the effective date of the change.

Your continued use of the slge77 platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue your use of the platform and contact support to close your account.
